Mission Statement:

Direct Power Cycling Team (Direct Power CT or DPCT) is an amateur cycling club aimed at bridging the gap between those who feel they do not fit in with a conventional or traditional club and racing teams. DPCT is a growing international community of cyclists who want to enjoy the ride, make the most of cycling and be part of something that supports them in every aspect, regardless of goals.

Our mission is to provide the best club experience to everyone. You will receive yearly free training plans to follow, a Facebook based support group which is a safe place to ask questions and feel part of a community and many other discounts.

By becoming a member you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions: The Club – (Direct Power Cycling Team)
The Rider – (you)


Rider Responsibilities:

The Rider will at all times follow the highway code, be respectful to other riders and allow everyone to feel part of a community of riders.

The Rider is encouraged to purchase the full Club kit.

The Rider will wear the club kit as often as possible, keep it clean and hygienic and replace damaged kit as soon as possible.

The Rider will conduct themselves in a respectful manner while representing the club, on social media and in daily life.

You will ride fast!



All charges are made exclusive of VAT.

VAT will be applied when necessary.



Membership fees must be paid in full before benefits are provided and the Rider can represent the club or change their affiliation to any governing body.

Annual membership fees will be paid no later than the 1st January yearly.



Both parties reserve the right to cancel the agreement at any time without any prior notice.Refunds:

Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not applicable on membership paid by the Rider.



The Club takes it’s role very seriously and will listen to all complaints and deal with them in an honest and professional manner. All complaints should be submitted in writing and will be responded to with within 14 days of receipt. However, if the Rider feels the need to make a complaint and do not wish to contact the club please contact British Cycling.

Limitations of Liability:

The Club’s total liability to the rider is extended to the range of liability contained within The Club’s British Cycling Insurance which includes Third Party (public) liability and professional indemnity insurance. This policy does not include: personal accident, bike insurance, travel insurance or cycle breakdown rescue.

Data Protection:

The Club will not share The Rider’s personal data with any third party without The Rider’s prior consent. The Club will hold Rider Information in a secure environment and for the length of time necessary by law. Rider data is also held on The Club’s website service provider’s servers. The Club takes no responsibility for any data on these servers.



The Club reserves the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. The Club may add or alter these terms and conditions from time to time and any alterations or additions will apply to new business not existing Club.
